Marc Adriansens, who partly under his leadership grew ICO into one of the largest car dealerships in the world, has worked intensively with Alain Guillemyn to ensure a careful handover. This collaboration highlights the mutual trust and shared vision for ICO's future. Adriansens will continue to play an important role as advisor and chairman of the board of directors, leveraging his many years of experience.

Alain Guillemyn, employed at ICO since 2007 and currently General Manager Corporate, succeeds him as of April 1, '24. Guillemyn has an impressive background in both the maritime and business sectors, with extensive experience in IT and business processes. He played a crucial role in the development of ICO's Terminal Operating System and other strategic initiatives within the company.

Guillemyn has a rich academic background and began his career in the Navy, followed by an MBA in Total Quality Management and a PhD in Business Administration. He has extensive experience in business analysis, IT optimization and strategic decision-making.

Within ICO, Guillemyn led the Human Resources, Finance, IT, Purchase and Technical Services departments. He served as Compliance Officer and helped shape ICO's strategic objectives. His appointment confirms confidence in ICO's continuity and success.

Adriansens will also remain involved in port operations and his role as chairman of various organizations to secure knowledge and experience.
